2018 Exhibits

  • Complimentary Registration and Booth Staff: Each exhibiting company receives one free conference registration regardless of the number of booths purchased. Your organization name will appear on the badge and will give you access to the conference sessions. Booth staff badges which give you access to the exhibit hall during set-up hours can be picked up at exhibitor check-in. Providing names is not necessary.

    Booth Assignments: Please input your booth space preference in the applicable field below. Assignments will be emailed out in October.

    Booth Cost: Businesses and non-profits ‐ $310; Societies and associations ‐ $250

    Cancellation Policy: Refund less a $75 administration fee per exhibit booth will be given upon written request to Erin Shifflett at conference@ngsgenealogy.org on or before 15 February 2018.
