Have you exhibited with us in the past?

  • Please log on at http://www.ngsgenealogy.org with your user credentials.
  • Click Store on the top menu bar, choose Shop <Name of Company>, and click the button Go To Shopping.
  • Click on the Shop For: Drop down menu and select Exhibit, then hit “Go”.
  • Choose the product NGS 2016 Family History Conference Exhibits.
  • Fill out the required information, select your booth(s), add to cart, and proceed to check out. If you would like to purchase more than one booth, change the quantity of the product to the desired number and click Update Cart.

E-mail the 2016 Booth Reservation Form to conference@ngsgenealogy.org.
Mail the 2016 Booth Reservation Form with check payment to the NGS office.

Setup for exhibitors only: 7:30–9:30 a.m.
Show hours (open to the public): 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Thursday, 5 May 2016
Show hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Friday, 6 May 2016
Show hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Saturday, 7 May 2016
Show hours: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Exhibitor tear down: 3:00–7:00 p.m.

Fees


Businesses and non-profits ‐ $310 per exhibit booth

Societies and associations ‐ $250 per exhibit booth

Companies may purchase any number of booths. Additional costs may be associated with exhibiting if you require an Internet connection, carpeting, electricity, etc.

Booths are 10’x10’ and booth rental includes the following:

  • 8′ high backwall drape
  • 3′ high sidewall drape
  • one 8′x30″ skirted table
  • two chairs
  • one wastebasket
  • one identification sign

Decorating Company


Vista Convention Services South is the decorating company that NGS has employed for the conference. For questions about ordering items for your exhibit booth, please contact Vista at 305-673-1123.

Cancellation Policy


Refund, less a $75 service fee per exhibit booth, upon written request to Erin Shifflett by 1 February 2016. No refund on and after 2 February 2016.
