Note: All conference registrants will receive an electronic downloadable copy of the conference syllabus. In addition, Early Bird registrants only (received online or postmarked by 31 March 2016) may order a printed syllabus for an additional $25 or a syllabus on flash drive for an additional $5.

Cancellation Policy
Refund, less a $50.00 service fee, upon written request received online or postmarked by 22 April 2016. No refunds after 22 April 2016. Registrations are not transferable to another person or a future event.
