Setup for exhibitors only: 7:30–9:30 a.m.
Show hours (open to the public): 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

THURSDAY, 3 MAY 2018
Show hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

FRIDAY, 4 MAY 2018
Show hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, 5 MAY 2018
Show hours: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Exhibitor tear down: 3:00–8:00 p.m.

Fees

$250 per exhibit booth

Companies may purchase any number of booths. Additional costs may be associated with exhibiting if you require a dedicated Internet connection, carpeting, electricity, etc.

Booths are 10’x10’ and booth rental includes the following:

• 8′ high backwall drape
• 3′ high sidewall drape
• one 8’x30” skirted table
• two chairs
• one wastebasket
• one identification sign
