Judy Nimer Muhn is a professional genealogist, society leader, NGS board member and Awards Committee chair, blogger, international speaker, and owner of Lineage Journeys, specializing in French-Canadian, Indigenous, and Scottish research. Beginning as a family historian at the age of 12, Judy has traveled around Europe, Great Britain, the United States, and Canada researching her and her husband’s families and assisting others with their research. |

Judy has worked and volunteered in the nonprofit sector for most of her life. From Girl Scouting, United Way, the American Red Cross, and a wide variety of local, national, and international nonprofits, Judy is a lifelong student of best practices in the nonprofit sector. She shares her experiences and research as an Organizational Development Consultant in a nonprofit capacity-building organization in Michigan and her own consulting company, Rainmaking for Good. |
