The National Genealogical Society (NGS) expects as many as 2,500 family historians and professional genealogists will attend its 2020 Family History Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Utah and other genealogical and historical societies are invited to showcase their organizations at Society Night, an innovative exposition, on Wednesday, 20 May, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., on the second floor of the Salt Palace Convention Center. Setup begins at 3:30 p.m.

Societies can reserve one 8’x30” skirted table and two chairs for $25. No electricity or internet connectivity can be provided. Table assignments will be made by April 1, so sign up early to secure a good position.

Typically, society staff answers questions about their society’s activities, sell their publications, network with other conference guests, and help promote genealogical and historical research. This is a rare chance to reach conference attendees and tell them who you are, what you have done, and what services and resources you have available.

If you would like to reserve a table, click here, log in or create a free account, and fill out the form. If paying by check, please email [email protected] and then mail your payment to the NGS office at 6400 Arlington Blvd, Suite 810, Falls Church, VA 22042-2318.

Hope to see you in Salt Lake City!
