Special Registration Discount for NGS Organization Members
Family History Conference Offer
NGS member organizations can register up to three leaders, volunteers, or employees to attend the NGS 2026 Family History Conference at the individual membership rate if those people are not members of NGS. To use this offer, organizations must submit the 2026 Family History Conference Organization Request Form by Friday, 1 May 2026.
Once the form is received, NGS will add each individual’s email address (up to three people) to the list of approved registrants in Whova. Each person will be emailed a link to the registration page and must register themselves.
Organization Member Discount Policies
This year, all registrations must be paid online during the registration process via Whova with a credit card. If it is absolutely necessary to pay by check, please contact LHenretty[at]ngsgenealogy[dot]org. The discount offer is only valid at the time of the initial registration, and refunds will not be authorized for existing paid registrations. Please make sure your organization submits the necessary form to receive the discounted rate per person and communicates the process to your leaders, volunteers, or staff to avoid potential confusion.
