The NGS Delegate Council meets Wednesday morning for its annual in-person session. Delegates are encouraged to make every effort to attend. Additional details will be provided prior to the meeting. If your NGS member organization does not have a delegate or if you have questions, contact Kate Smith, Organizations and Communities Manager.

All are invited to register for FOCUS. This year’s event includes a luncheon, time to share best practices and “Shout Outs,” and afternoon breakouts for societies and libraries/archives.

The complimentary SLAM! Idea Showcase Reception highlights creative and innovative projects or programs from genealogy societies, libraries, archives, museums, and other institutions.

EXPO HALL | 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. | Cash Bar
The Expo Hall provides an opportunity to reconnect and socialize with fellow genealogists while visiting vendors, organizations, and genealogy society booths.

BCG WORKSHOP

BCG EDUCATION FUND WORKSHOP—PUTTING SKILLS TO WORK | 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | Price: $120

Robbie Johson, CG, and Teresa Steinkamp McMillin, CG, will conduct their Putting Skills to Work sessions with the same goal in mind, but from two very different perspectives and with two different case studies. Registrants have access to both programs and a luncheon. Sign-up early; space is limited to sixty participants.
