General Information
The NGS 2026 Family History Conference will take place at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, 120 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
Conference Registration
Conference registration is located in the lobby facing Jefferson Blvd on Level 1 of the Grand Wayne Convention Center. Registration will be open on the following dates/times:
- Tuesday, May 26 – 3:00 – 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, May 27 – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Thursday, May 28 – 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Friday, May 29 – 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday, May 30 – 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
Virtual Registration
A virtual option is available for those who are unable to attend in person. Virtual attendees receive access to session recordings (audio and slides) via the Whova app 48-72 hours after the sessions. No sessions will be live-streamed, and there is no option to purchase individual sessions. NGS will make the recordings available through July 15, 2026.
Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall is located in Convention Hall A on Level 1 of the Grand Wayne Convention Center. The Exhibit Hall is open on the following dates/times:
- Wednesday, May 27 – Exhibit Hall Opening & Reception – 5:30 – 8:30 pm
- Thursday, May 28 – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Friday, May 29 – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday, May 30 – 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
The Expo Hall is open to the Fort Wayne public for a $20.00 entry fee. No advance purchase; admittance Thursday – Saturday only.
Guest Registration
Guests receive access to the Exhibit Hall and the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception. They may also register for workshops, tours, and ticketed events. Guests may NOT attend any sessions or lectures.
