General Information
The NGS 2025 Family History Conference will take place at the Galt House Hotel, 140 N. Fourth St., Louisville, KY 40202. Guests staying at the hotel should check in at the reception desk on the first floor to register with the hotel and get their room keys.
Conference Registration
Conference registration is located on the Second Floor of the East Tower, near Combs Chandler. Registration will be open the following dates/times:
- Thursday, May 22 – 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 23 – 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 24 – 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, May 25 – 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Virtual Registration
Beginning on Monday, April 28, there will be a virtual option available for those who are unable to attend in person. The price will be $385 for members and non members and you will receive access to the session recordings (audio and slides) via the Whova app, 48-72 hours after the sessions occur. No sessions will be live streamed, and there is no option to purchase individual sessions. Recordings will be available through July 15, 2025.

Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall is located on the Second Floor of the East Tower across from the Grand Ballroom. The Exhibit Hall will be open the following dates/times:
- Friday, May 23 – Exhibit Hall Opening & Reception – 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday, May 24 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, May 25 – 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
The Expo Hall is open to the Louisville public for a $10.00 entry fee.
