The Expo Hall is open to all registered attendees and FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2019, we’ll be open to local walk-ins from the Louisville community.

  • Expo Hall Opening Reception, Friday, 23 May, 5:30 to 8:00 PM
  • Expo Hall Open, Saturday, 24 May, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Expo Hall Open, Sunday, 25 May, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Location: Galt House Hotel, Louisville, Kentucky.

Who Attends: Attendees at the NGS 2025 Family History Conference: Tails & Trails, are members of the National Genealogical Society and other family historians and genealogists from throughout the United States. A limited number of Canadian and overseas attendees attend as well. National Genealogical Society members are dedicated to enhancing their research skills, writing their family stories, and preserving records, photos, and ephemera. Leaders of genealogy societies, libraries, archives, and museums also attend for dedicated learning to improve the management of their organizations.

Who Should Exhibit:

  • Companies that offer technology that enhances the work of genealogists and family historians
  • Companies that can benefit from exposure to the genealogy and family history community
  • Genealogy societies, family associations, libraries, archives, and museums that provide services to the genealogy and family history community.

Exhibitor Move-In: 23 May, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Exhibitor Tear Down: 25 May, 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Included in Booth Space: One 8’x10′ space, one 8-foot table, and two chairs. NOTE: there will be no pipe and drape. Two complimentary exhibit hall passes and one All-Access conference pass, plus additional marketing benefits (see Prospectus).
